I came across and I thought I found my haven for online shopping!
Well, my 1st order was top notch. 2 thumbs up!
Ordered via my AMEX and the items delivered on time to Australia.

My second purchase, that is when I started having problem.
2 days after I placed the order.
I received below email from

Not panicking, it is a good thing they've informed with the supposedly slight delay of 3-5 business days.

Weeks pass by......nothing
sent about emails ..... nothing

Then another email from their customer representative:



Thank you for contacting me. I apologize for the delay in shipment. We are currently awaiting a Purseket shipment. We are hoping to receive it by the end of the week. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

Then .... nothing.
Sent 3 more emails nothing...
Today I sent another email demanding answered and by this time I am pissed off.
I placed the order on the 26th October and it is now 15 November.

Let see what happen, I  hope they do not disappoint me.
